What IPHI Provides to Licensees:

Official License Use of one or more IPHI certification programs (in English or translated language)
Complete Instructor Training and onboarding materials
Curriculum Rights: Full access to program materials (manuals, PowerPoints, forms, etc.)
Program Updates and content revisions for the duration of the license
IPHI Branding Use: Licensed use of IPHI logos, certificate templates, and credentials
Support Calls: Ongoing mentorship or quarterly support sessions (depending on license tier)
Listing on IPHI Website as an official licensee (optional promotional inclusion)

What Licensees Pay For and Manage Independently:

Website (hosting, domain, design – unless using IPHI co-branded template or directory listing only)
Learning Platform (Teachable, Thinkific, Kajabi, etc. – unless IPHI hosts and charges an added fee)
Marketing and Promotion in their region/language
Student Enrollment and Payment Processing
Translation Costs (if offering the course in a new language – unless provided by IPHI or an existing licensee)
Customer Service and Student Support
Issuance of Certificates (IPHI provides templates, but licensee manages delivery)
