IPHI Admissions Process

Here at IPHI Admissions, we strive to ensure that our students are set up for success. Success is measured in a variety of ways: level of commitment, readiness for change, out of the box thinking, strength in character and skill set, right-left brain balance, heart-centered drive, passion, self-propelled business and more. Genuine talent cannot be scrutinizingly defined. Instead of looking for an “ideal” candidate, IPHI invites applicants who bring a variety of skills, accomplishments, and aspirations to form a very special online community that fits best with our holistic approach.

For us, success begins with a holistic application process. By taking a holistic perspective we evaluate skill, personality, goals, and interests in considering candidates. The purpose for an inclusive process is to enable our institution to recognize the traits in an individual that will thrive in this type of holistic-progressive environment and display academic promise.

A student’s quality of education is enhanced by working with a diverse group of individuals that offer unique drives for career and beyond. We look to attract applicants that will help inspire and propel our student body to higher levels and that will contribute their unique gifts to enhance our world. The educators at IPHI are not the only source of knowledge in the IPHI family. We also gather our knowledge from reputable resources, evidenced based information and reputable experts; We encourage all students to learn and draw support from their fellow pupils as well.

It is important to our faculty to read every application with humble care. Even though defining a person’s character and personality is a fluid process, we approach the evaluation with discretion and truly believe that the end result is worth the effort.

We have an expansive view of what success means for our students and offer ongoing support to assist in the establishment of what success means to them. We want to have the best representatives of IPHI out in a world where they’ll have the tools to follow their passions in order to make a difference in our world.

Application Process

To apply to the International Parenting & Health Institute, we ask you to fill out an enrollment form and submit a resume that will help us assess your qualifications and requirement standards. These are all included in the Application Components section. Once all the application components have been submitted and reviewed, if you are accepted, you will be contacted for an interview.

Interview

After you have submitted your written application and submitted all your application components, we will review it and you then may be invited to an interview. The interview indicates a positive interest, but does not guarantee admission; it is part of one component among many that are considered as we complete a final review of your application. All interviews are organized by invitation only, at the discretion of the Admissions Board. Once you receive an interview invitation, you must complete it in order to fulfill your application requirements. Interviews may be scheduled via phone or WhatsApp.

Interviews are 30 minutes and are conducted by an Admissions Board faculty member who has reviewed your application.

Your interview will be customized to you and is designed for us to learn more about you. Candidates will be required to submit a written reflection after their interview. If you are accepted, you will hear back from us within 2-3 business days following the interview.

Resume

Please submit your most current resume. Please note that this is your resume with your most recent work experience which does not need to include birth or postpartum work if you plan on starting this career with IPHI. We just would like to get an idea of your work experience and background to give us an opportunity to get to know you more.
